After catering to various clients, we at GenX have carved out a niche for ourselves in providing IT solutions and rendering our services triumphantly in support of hosting conferences. Some of our prominent clients include:
1. We have been organizing the annual conference of the prestigious Ophthalmological Society of Assam (OSA) since 2017, wherein delegates brainstorm and socially connect to extend their reach in providing improved services to the people. With our rich experience, we have further extended our services for OSA by going ahead with fabrication in 2021.
2. On November 27, 2021, we organized the hybrid annual conference of All India Association for Advancing Research in Obesity (AIAAROCON), 2021 in Jorhat.
3. A purely hybrid conference of National Children's Science Congress, under ASTEC, was organized by GenX at IIBM, Guwahati, in December 2021. In the conference from December 6 to 8, selected children from all the districts in Assam presented their science projects and interacted with the interviewers. Besides the programme at the conference hall, we have simultaneously hosted six sessions and ensured that the entire event is recorded for further review process.
4. Over 1000 delegates from across the country participated in the three-day long (September 3-5, 2021) hybrid National Conference of Association of Cutaneous Surgeons (ACSICON-2021) at Hotel Radisson Blu in Guwahati, where several sessions were conducted simultaneously from three conference halls.
5. The National Conference of Indian Association of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics (IACDE) in 2021, was the maiden hybrid conference contrived by us amid the challenging Covid-19 situation. The three-day long conference at Kiranshree Grand on February 26-28, which witnessed the participation of 500 plus delegates, was a stupendous achievement for us at GenX as we were efficacious at delivering our services.
6. The Society of Fetal Management (SFM ) is a multidisciplinary organization with members from various disciplines working towards raising awareness about fetal needs besides "promoting and expanding research in fetal medicine". On February 9, 2020, we organized the conference for SFM at Taj Vivanta, Guwahati, which was attended by about 500 delegates.
7. Delegates from overseas and the country took part in the three-day international conference of Oculoplastics Association of India (OPAI), which commenced on September 6, 2019 at Shankaradev Netralaya. The final two days' conference was held at Taj Vivanta. Our energetic and competent team at GenX, ensured impeccable services at both the locations.
8. One of the societies with a great history is that of the Cardiological Society of India (CSI). CSI is actively engaged in spreading awareness among people about Cardio-vascular diseases (CVD) with the objective to eradicate cardio-vascular mortality. It's of great pleasure to us to be able to successfully render our services to CSI during their three-day conference in 2019 at Hotel Radisson Blu.
9. In February 2020, nearly a month before the national lockdown due to Covid-19, GenX extended its support for the successful Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPCON), which was attended by members from across the globe. IAPC is a National umbrella organization for Palliative Care in India.
